You know, it's funny... I was sitting here and thinking "damn, The Four Agreements is so far removed from 'hell is other people'"..... and then I realized that no, it isn't.

Don Miguel Ruiz (the guy who wrote the 4 Agreements book) basically says that most people live in hell. A hell of self-judgment, taking everything personally, beating ourselves up for stuff in the past, spreading poison to others unconsciously, and feeling like victims.

He says that we can learn to NOT be in Hell, but that we can never change anyone else, they have to want to change for themselves. All we can do is do our best to be happy and live a good life. And, I guess by living a good life, we're not "hell", so therefore hell IS other people.
Ha.
